14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the one-time $10 story unlock. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or reply to the receipt email you received after your order. You can also contact us and we will pass the request on.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, usually a few business days.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, the unlocked stories are removed from your account. The free story, The Crash, stays available and your account is not deleted.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to your order.
